If delivered in person, the purchased painting will be shown in person, so before paying, the customer can check that everything is correct. In this case, there is no possibility of return. Payment can be made directly in cash.
If the purchase is made through the platform, there is a right of return. The cost of shipping will be prepaid, with the customer covering the shipping, which must be carried out within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase to the receipt of the painting by EN-MARXA, within that timeframe. Upon receipt of the painting, EN-MARXA will inspect it, and if it is in the same previous condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days after receiving the return. According to Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, November 16, the period is 14 calendar days, but we extend it to one month.
